On the 25th of September, 2025, the administration of the United States released NSPM-7. This executive order claims to ‘counter domestic terrorism and organised political violence.’ But as we know, what fascists claim is almost never true.
NSPM-7 is a bill that aims to “investigate potential federal crimes relating to acts of recruiting or radicalizing persons for the purpose of a) political violence, terrorism, or conspiracy against rights; or, b) the violent deprivation of any citizen’s rights.”
What constitutes terrorism according to the fascist, you may ask? To nobody’s surprise, the fascist declares terrorism to be “self-described anti-fascism”, the capitalist declares terrorism to be “anti-Americanism [and] anti-capitalism”, and the racist declares it to be “extremism on migration, race, and gender”.
This administration portrays anti-fascism, the fight for the workers as against “foundational American principles”. All they do in this regard is name fascism as a “foundational American value”. Is the key American value not “freedom and democracy”? Is fascism not the opposite of this? Clearly this administration contradicts itself greatly.
To be transparent, the full text states these ‘terrorists’ support “anti-Americanism, anti-capitalism, and anti-Christianity; support for the overthrow of the United States Government; extremism on migration, race, and gender; and hostility towards those who hold traditional American views on family, religion, and morality.” In other words, anyone who doesn’t support the bourgeoisie fascist state they have installed.
This bill followed the assassination of fascist media imperator, and founder of the fascist youth organisation ‘Turning Point USA’, Charlie Kirk. In NSPM-7, Trump remarks that “Charlie Kirk’s alleged assassin engraved the bullets used in the murder with so-called anti-fascist rhetoric.” In fact, the assassin was not even an anti-fascist. The alleged assassin was in fact referencing the video game Helldivers 2, which he often played. This shows the administration’s tendency to blow things out of proportion in order to force their fascist agenda.
Now preceding NSPM-7, there was an order to suppress antifa and other liberation organisations tied to it. It claims it as a “militarist, anarchist enterprise that explicitly calls for the overthrow of the United States Government” that “uses illegal means to organize and execute a campaign of violence and terrorism nationwide”. The administration fears opposition of its growing power, so it designates these freedom fighters as ‘terrorists’; it names revolution as ‘mass murder’.
The definition of ‘domestic terrorism’ as the administration labels anti-fascism, is “a form of terrorism in which victims within a country are targeted by a perpetrator with the same citizenship”. Therefore, the administration is victimizing themselves and calling anti-fascists a name used against murderers and imperators alike; “Liberation is Murder”.
This order calls for “All relevant executive departments and agencies shall utilize all applicable authorities to investigate, disrupt, and dismantle any and all illegal operations — especially those involving terrorist actions — conducted by Antifa or any person claiming to act on behalf of Antifa, or for which Antifa or any person claiming to act on behalf of Antifa”. Since the bulk of Antifa’s operations consist of peaceful protest against fascism, this clause essentially entails the dismantling and illegalization of peaceful protests against fascism. It calls for suppression of workers’ liberation movements across the country; and it’s a precedent for more suppression to come.
Let us not forget the earlier actions of the President and his fascist and imperialist administration. In June 2025, Donald Trump ordered 3,000 soldiers to violently suppress peaceful protestors in Los Angeles, simply because they decreed this peaceful opposition of the administration’s genocidal displacement of peoples to be ‘incidents of violence and disorder’, classifying them as an ‘insurrectionary act’ and invoking 10 U.S.C. 12406 to suppress this protest. This unnecessary force even resulted in the injury of multiple journalists by the armed forces deployed to the city.
Let us also not forget the troops walking around in the streets of D.C. The administration occupies the capital with armed forces and flags not unlike the Nazi occupation of Berlin in the 1930s and 40s. They claim they’re “going to take our capital back”. This insinuates that they weren’t already violently occupying the country. What they really mean is that they’re going to “take our capital” from the people. They wish to eliminate the voice of the people, the protestors, take the streets as their own, solidifying their fascist regime. Soldiers with guns imply someone to shoot. That someone is the people wishing to free the US; they’re intending to shoot away the freedom fighters.
The suppression of protests in L.A. and D.C. and the outlawing of freedom fighters and liberation movements are not unlike the violent suppression of Marxists by the military condoned by the social-fascist traitors of the Weimar Republic in 1919. It represents an attack on the revolution by a false ‘democratic’ force similar to that of the Weimar Republic.
Their ‘social democrats’ both undermined socialism and the will of the people. They, on multiple occasions allowed fascism and imperialism to extinguish the will of the people and enable their agendas. The Trump administration now condones the unconditional waging of war on the people, all in the name of ‘democracy’. Now, democracy is the rule of the people. How can this administration be in support of democracy if it suppresses the very means of expression of the will of the people – protests? The only logical explanation is that their ‘democracy’ is simply a front for fascism to hide, just as fascists hid behind the social democrats up until the Nazis ruled Berlin, or how the Freikorps were allowed their brutal slaughter in the name of ‘democracy’.
But not alike the murder of Rosa Luxemburg or the allowance of the Nazis, the current administration does not just allow the fascists violently oppressing the people under the veil of ‘democracy’. No, they skip that step entirely. They are the fascists violently oppressing the people hiding under the veil of democracy. This new fascism, ‘Trumpism’, does not require to hide behind others ‘democracy’. It crafts a new veil for itself, portraying fascism itself as democracy, and liberation as murder.
They portray the left as the right actually is and vice versa. This new fascism flips the citizen’s conception of society on its head in order to grow faster than any historical movement. They call capitalism freedom of the proletarian to live and communism the oppression of the proletariat by the state. They consider the vanguard as the bourgeoisie is and consider the bourgeoisie as the proletarian is. They harbor no truth and survive purely off confusing society. They create a false class consciousness by preaching that communism is capitalism and capitalism is communism; that hate is love, war is peace, freedom is oppression, and that most of all, that the evil fascist imperator is the holy democratic liberator.
Oppression through confusion; They convince the people that the exact opposite of reality is real, and therefore cause the oppressive nature of their fascist reality to appear as a saviour, enshrining fascism, causing it to grow faster than any fascist movement in history.
